Produced by the Amargiotakis family, in the village of Dafnes, Crete, this EVOO is a blend of Lianolia with a little bit of Koroneiki olives. The olives are milled within 24 hours of harvest and the oil is unfiltered, so it's packed with polyphenols. Maria and her husband Dimitris have been regenerating their olive groves, adding more biodiversity.
